Accountability

The Ministry Team Member is part of the Women's Team, whose members is mutually accountable to each other, and as a group, is accountable to the pastor overseeing the affinity groups.

Appointment

Ministry Team Members are either selected by their own ministry team or recruited by the Women's Team Coordinator. The pastor overseeing the affinity groups approves their appointment.

Responsibilities:

• Manages the particular area of the ministry she has been called to.
• Prays regularly for the ministry of which she is a part.
• Participates as an equal member in the team, accepting her share of responsibility, caring for other members of the team, promoting a spirit of unity, attending meetings of the team, taking training when appropriate, assisting in the team's vision and direction planning and evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrates characteristics of a growing Christian, walking in fellowship with the Lord and the church, and in a manner worthy of our calling. See Titus 2:3-5, Proverbs 31.
• Has the ability to work well with others. Has a gentle, loving spirit, and is not quarrelsome, not conceited, not over-bearing, not quick-tempered, but self-controlled. 1Tim 3:3-6, Titus 1:7,8. Has a teachable spirit.
• Is a faithful servant.
• Is experienced and gifted for her area of ministry on the team.
• Is a member of Church of the Saviour, or is considering membership in the foreseeable future.
