Joe and his wife, Bea, live in Chester Springs and have three children and two grandchildren. Joe is a chemical engineering graduate of Drexel and Villanova Universities and has retired from Zeneca Agricultural Products, where he worked as GM of Operations. Bea is a medical dosimetrist. Joe and Bea have attended COS for nearly 20 years and have been members for the past 15. They are leaders of the Fresh Start Divorce Recovery Program, serve as Right Start mentors, and provide support and mentoring for the Focus Singles Ministry. Joe attends the Downingtown Zone Men's Bible study and as an elder has served on the Elder Governance Board as vice-chairman and chair of the Governance Committee. Currently he is serving as Executive Director in partnership with the Lead Teaching Pastor.
