Cindy and her husband Peter have been involved at Church of the Saviour since moving to Wayne in 1997. They have been married almost 29 years and have 4 lovely daughters.

Cindy was raised in a Christian home and accepted Christ as her personal Savior as a young teenager. She was involved in the leadership of the youth group in high school as well as assisting with the leadership of the Junior High groups.

In college she met Peter through the Inter Varsity Christian Fellowship group on campus. Together they led a small group Bible study and were both involved in the leadership of the fellowship group.

Since joining Church of the Saviour in 1997, Cindy has been involved in many ministries. She taught music at Heritage School for 4 years. She directed the children's choir with Ellie Greenhalgh for 3 years and served as a leader in the children's mid-week Bible study. She was involved in helping plan the women's retreats and helped establish a mentoring ministry for women. She assisted in the planning of the Vision For Ministry conferences and taught several Bible studies on Wednesday mornings. Currently she is teaching the 4 year old class in Kid's Joy on Wednesday mornings.

Cindy and Peter have been part of a small group Bible study for 8 years and Peter has been involved in the men's ministry the Elder Council.

Cindy is passionate about building relationships with women to draw them closer to the living Christ. She counts it a great privilege to work with the women of COS.
