Born and raised in Massachusetts, there were few days that Aaron did not know the Lord while growing up under the instruction of his parents' Christian teaching-embracing faith in Christ at a young age. After high school, Aaron moved to Pennsylvania to study biochemistry and molecular biology at Dickinson College. There he and his wife, Jacey, met as teenagers! They did not know it at the time, but a surprise from God awaited them after college some seven years after their graduation.

Aaron then traveled to Philadelphia to work in cancer research at Fox Chase Cancer Center and shortly found his way to Church of the Saviour through the recommendation of a college friend. Over the course of several years while at COS, Aaron embraced both an external and internal call to pursue pastoral preparations. He took to further Biblical study at Westminster Theological Seminary in the fall of 2006 and earned a master's degree in 2010.

While at Westminster, Aaron learned that "the more he learns; the less he knows, and the less he knows; the more he learns." Scripture demonstrates an inexhaustible ability to wonderfully conquer its reader, Aaron among them. In thankfulness, he embraces that Scripture is entirely sufficient for life and godliness (1 Peter 1:3-4). In that same period, Aaron learned that he would marry his longtime friend, Jacey, who now works as a physician assistant in Philadelphia. They have been married since 2010 and reside in Ardmore.

In 2010 Aaron received the call to serve as an intern at Church of the Saviour. He left his position at Fox Chase Cancer Center to serve here for just over a year. In 2012, Aaron received elder approval as Director of Community Life. In all of these changes, he stands in awe and thankfulness to God for the members of COS, who have certainly stirred him toward love and good works to serve Christ in all he does.
