Open Hearts - Open Homes is a ministry of Church of the Saviour that is led by foster and adoptive families, social workers, and others who have a heart for children who do not have parents or whose parents are unable to care for them. We hope to encourage, support and equip the Body of Christ to help meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of these precious children.
