From King of Prussia 25 Minutes

• 202 South
• Exit onto the 1st Route 29 Exit (North)
• Straight at the 1st traffic light
• You will be driving through part of the Great Valley Corporate Center
• You will pass the Desmond Hotel on your right
• Take a right at next light beyond the Hotel, will put you on Rte 29 North
• Straight at next three traffic lights
• Go underneath 76 expressway overpass
• Straight at next two traffic lights (that are about 100 yards apart)
• Up a steep, straight hill
• Pass Charlestown Elementary School on the right
• Immediately after the school, take a left onto beginning of Pikeland Road
• Follow Pikeland Road 1.9 miles
• pass 1- 1/2 lane bridge, S curve, and blind driveway
• Turn Right onto Merlin Road (EASY to miss so watch your odometer)
• At the the first Stopsign, Turn Right onto Pickering Road
• Follow until the road ends at a stone wall. Turn Right into the driveway

From Phoenixville 10 Minutes

• Take Route 23 North to intersection of Route 113
• Take 113 West
• At First Traffic Light, Turn Left onto Township Line Road
• Straight at 4-Way Stop
• Go until Road Ends
• Turn Right onto Coldstream Road
• Go 0.4 miles, turn Left onto the beginning of Merlin Road
• At first Stop sign, Turn Left onto Pickering Road
• Follow until the road ends at a stone wall. Turn Right into the driveway

From West Chester 15 Minutes

• Take Route 202 North
• Exit onto 401 East towards Malvern
• Go 0.2 miles, at Traffic Light, turn Left onto Mill Road (first left)
• Go 1.2 miles, go straight at Traffic Light
• (Phoenixville Pike intersection)
• The road turns into Yellow Springs Road.
• Go 2.0 miles, turn Right onto beginning of Merlin Road
• At the SECOND Stop sign, Turn Right onto Pickering Road
• Follow until the road ends at a stone wall. Turn Right into the driveway

From Pottstown 40 Minutes

• Take Route 724 towards Phoenixville
• Merge into Route 23, continue towards Phoenixville
• Take a right onto 113 West
• At First Traffic Light, Turn Left onto Township Line Road
• Straight at 4Way Stop
• Go until Road Ends
• Turn Right onto Coldstream Road
• Go 0.4 miles, turn Left onto the beginning of Merlin Road
• At the first stop sign, Turn Left onto Pickering Road
• Follow until the road ends at a stone wall. Turn Right into the driveway

From Newtown Square 30 Minutes

• Take 252 North for 5.8 miles towards Malvern/Paoli
• Turn Left onto Route 30 going West
• Follow Route 30 for 2.4 miles
• You will pass the Paoli Hospital on your right side.
• After the Hospital, you will go up a hill, and then back down.
• At the bottom of the hill you will pass under a train overpass,
• then you'll see Route 29
• Turn Right onto the beginning of Route 29
• Follow Route 29 North for 2.6 miles
• (During this 2.6 miles, you'll be going straight at 7 traffic lights,
• then passing underneath the 76 expressway overpass,
• then straight at two more lights.)
• Go up a steep, straight hill (now you are on Charlestown Road)
• Pass Charlestown Elementary School on the right
• Immediately after the school, take a left onto beginning of Pikeland Road
• Follow Pikeland Road 1.9 miles
• (Pass 1 1/2 lane bridge, S curve, and blind driveway)
• Turn Right onto Merlin Road (This is easy to miss! watch your odometer!)
• At the first Stop sign, Turn Right onto Pickering Road
• Follow until the road ends at a stone wall. Turn Right into the driveway

From Exton 15 Minutes

• From the intersection of Route 100 and Route 113.
• Take Route 113 Northeast towards Phoenixville
• Go approximately 7 miles.
• At the traffic light, Turn Right onto Coldstream Road
• Go 0.2 miles, turn Right onto the beginning of Merlin Road.
• At the first stop sign, Turn Left onto Pickering Road
• Follow until the road ends at a stone wall.
• Turn Right, into the driveway.
