The CORE Leadership Team

We could not be a successful ministry without our amazing adult volunteer leadership team we call Youth Family; they truly are the backbone for the high school ministry.  Youth Family serve as small group leaders, mentors and disciplers to the high school students at COS.  They understand that impact and life-change doesn't happen through programs but rather through living life with high school students.  The wonderful nature of our leadership team is that we view ourselves as a family who desire to work, play and pray together for the sake of students' lives and hearts.
